Introduction

Started with their recipe (same ingredents- for 36, didn't work).
Made mixing & cooking changes for this.
Next time I'll drop the sugar and use A.S. to lower carb count more.

Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups Carbquik
    2 Tbsp. Sugar
    1 packet Dry Yeast
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Tips

Watch baking time & go by nice brown crust.


Directions

Dissolve yeast & sugar in warm cup of water, until bubbly (about 10 min).
Mix 3 cups Carbquik to start, forming a stiff dough, add remaining if needed ( I only needed about 1/8 cup more).
Knead for seven or more minutes.
Spray deep backing dish (mine was 9"X 12"). Pinch & roll balls (a little smaller than a golf ball), place in dish.
Set in a warm location for 20-30 minutes covered. Bake 15-20 minutes.

Serving Size: 20 one oz rolls @ 2 net carbs each
