Introduction

Some days I've found my calorie count to be too low, but I don't want to eat unhealthy foods just to make up the difference. This is a nice treat I can make in my Vitamix that adds nutritional value to my day. Ingredients

    1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.33 cup Trader Joe's Coconut Cream
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Combine ingredients in vitamix blender on high, process until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes one 500 ml serving
