Introduction

Ingredients

    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    12.0 oz Cod (fish)
    4.0 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

Directions

Sprinkle fish with Mrs Dash. Put 1 cup water in pressure cooker. Place seasoned fish on top of the rack. Put fish into pressure cooker. Seal the lid and put shaker on top. Bring pressure cooker to a boil. Cook 2 minutes at a slow clicker. Turn heat off and cool unit down. Open up cooker and you have some fabulous fish. Serving Size: Makes 4 - 3 ounce servings
