Introduction

Super easy, calorie friendly tea biscuits. Perfect for a quick afternoon snack! Super easy, calorie friendly tea biscuits. Perfect for a quick afternoon snack!

Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 cup Butter, salted
    1.75 cups Milk, 3.25%
    .5 cup raisins

Directions

Preheat Oven to 450 F

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles small crumbs.

Add milk and stir just until moist.

Dust with flour and roll to 1 1/2 inches thick and cut, or use an ice cream scoop to create mounded biscuits. Do not reroll.

Place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet for crisp biscuits, or close for soft ones.

Bake 12-15 minutes.
