    Good
this meatloaf was good but not a meatloaf that everyone will like. The apple sauce topping was a hard sell to my seven year old. I had to take it off and give him chili sauce... I like it. - 1/22/09

    Very Good
It was yummy. I did mess with the recipie a bit in that I used half ground chicken and used crushed cornflakes instead of breadcrumbs (but only because I didn't have breadcrumbs and didn't feel like going back to the store). - 6/7/08

    Incredible!
We had this tonight and it was really delicious.
I made it with extra lean chicken mince (Idon't like turkey) and added a little garlic (I add this to just about everything) either way it was great.
There was, at least for us, enough for 8 slices @ 1" thick, along with vegetables it was enough.
