    6 oz cooked chicken, chopped
    1 small carrot shredded
    1/2 medium cucumber peeled and shredded
    2 Tbsp. Reduced fat Mayo
    1/2 - 1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well. Serve on flatbread, pita bread or tortillas.
