We sub brown sugar with Splenda brown sugar and reduce the amount. We also use the classic baked beans instead of vegetarian, but it tastes good with either.

Ingredients

    0.50 tsp Cumin seed
    0.50 tsp Garlic powder
    0.50 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Paprika
    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    0.75 tsp Salt
    2 clove Garlic (2 tsp from jar)
    1 small Onions, raw
    One 29 oz can of tomato sauce
    One 15 oz can of black beans
    9 tsp Chilli Powder
    16 oz Ground beef
    One 16 oz can of Bushs Original Baked Beans

Directions

Brown the ground beef with chopped up small onion.
Combine all ingredients into crock pot and cook until warmed through.

Serving Size: 3/4 cup serving size (around 6 oz)
