Introduction

Rice Pudding Rice Pudding
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    4 quart Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    6 cup (4 fl oz) Vanilla Ice Cream (icecream)
    1.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tbsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    .5 tsp Salt

Directions

Mix milk, rice and icecream into 10 quart kettle. Cook until rice is tender. Beat 5 whole eggs into mixing bowl and whisk, then take a laddle and scoop 5 scoops of milk mixture into eggs so they don't scramble. Pour egg mixture into kettle and cook until a boil. Add sugar and cook 5 minutes until it feels like it is thickening. Then add the vanilla. Stir in salt and cook until it becomes set up (like pudding) Then pour into serving bowls and cool. Optional: Raisins or cinnamon sugar on top.
