Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    0.75 tsp Salt
    2.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.5 fl oz Water, tap
    1.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    227.0 Grams Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm
    28.6 Grams Flour, white
    0.75 cup Rice Noodles
    96.0 teaspoon Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry
    56.0 gram(s) *VEGETABLES (JARRED) - Kimchi, Spicy (Korean Marinated Cabbage) - King's (2oz/56g)
    1.0 tbsp white vinegar
    1.0 serving white vinegar

Directions

Boil 4 cups of water. Add tofu, cabbage thinly sliced, 2 bouillon cubes, salt and soy sauce summer for 3 mins. Add vinegar and cayenne..bring back to boil. Disolve together water and flour/ cornstarch. Add kimchi, and then rice noodles. Opt- serve witth choppedgreen onions. Serving Size: Makes a large lot of food. The more noodles you use, the less broth you'll have.
