Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    8 oz turkey breast, about 2 cups chopped
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cloves garlic minced
    4 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
    2 bay leaves
    1 teaspoon chopped rosemary
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
    2 cups water

Directions

Cook rice in the two cups of water for about 40 minutes. Drain any excess water.

While rice cups, chop turkey and vegetables.

Combine all ingredients, including rice, in medium size pot. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer until all vegetables are tender.

Serving Size: Makes 5 servings, about 1.5 cups each
