Ingredients

    2 Cooked, boneless/skinless chicken breasts cut into 3/4 inch cubes
    1 Package Uncle Ben's Ready-Made Chicken flavored rice
    1 Can Campbells Health Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Can Del Monte Mixed Vegetables
    1 Small jar of mushrooms
    1 Cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozarella Cheese
    1/4 Cup skim or 1% milki
    1/2 Small finely chopped onion
    1 Tsp fresh rosemary
    2 Tsps fresh parsely
    1 Tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    1.5 Slices lite whole-wheat bread

Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 1.5 qt cassarole dish with spray can of vegetable or canola oil. In large bowl or pot combine all ingredients except the bread. Pour into prepared cassarole dish. Tear small chunks of the bread and place them on top of the cassarole for a topping. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. This makes about 6 1 1/2-cup servings.
