Ingredients

    1 - 48oz butterball turkey breast
    2 - fresh apples of choice
    1 - onion
    garlic cloves
    ground ginger root
    2 - 8oz bottles of cola

Directions

Makes a dozen 4 oz servings. When placed in smoker or oven, cook until internal temp of turkey reaches 180 degrees. Cooking time listed above may be off...please adjust accordingly.
