Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Rice, Korean, Hanmi (1/4 c. uncooked=3/4 c. cooked)
    16 tbsp Brown Sweet Rice, Korean Hanmi 2 TBSP uncooked =6 TBSP cooked
    0.5 cup Red Bean, Korean 3/8 c (.375) dry=1 1/8 c cooked
    .5 cup Black Bean, Korean 1/8 c (.125) dry = 3/8 c. cooked

Tips

Generally takes about equal portions of water to rice and beans. A pressure rice cooker is ideal.


Directions

Start with raw rice and beans in a proportion of 2 parts brown rice, 2 parts sweet brown rice, to 1/2 part black beans, and 1/2 part red beans, dry. Put in rice cooker and add water to slightly cover. Cook.
(note: 1 c. rice and beans dry = 3 cups cooked)
