Ingredients

    16 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)
    0.65 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    3 tbsp Olive Oil
    0.1 cup Tomato Paste
    0.5 tsp Turmeric, ground
    1 clove Garlic
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Fish Sauce
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    0.4 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    100 grams Cilantro, raw

Directions

Heat grill pan over medium high. Rub pork with cut sides of garlic; discard garlic. Sprinkle pork Chops with turmeric, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Combine 2 tb. Oil, fish sauce, oyster sauce and tomato paste. Brush both sides of pork with half of oil mixture. Add pork to pan; grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Transfer to a plate; brush with remaining oil mixture. Keep warm. Add the bunch of green onions to grill pan over medium- high heat; grill 2 minutes. Coarsely chop onions. Heat ready ce according to package directions. Combine green onions, rice, remaining tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper. Serve rice with pork. Sprinkle with the 1/3 cup chopped cilantro.
