0.75 cup blueberries fresh or frozen (unsweetened)
1 large Egg, beaten
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Granulated Sugar (optional to sprinkle on tops)
Directions
Mash bananas in bowl, mix in remaining ingredients. scoop into jumbo muffin tin. Bake at 425F for 5 min., then 375F for 12 min. Allow to cool in tin for a few minutes.
