Ingredients

    2 Tbs Olive oil
    4 Cloves garlic
    1 Medium choped onion
    2 tsp creole seasoning
    1 can Tomatoes with green chilies
    1 cup Spicy hot V8 juice
    1 cup FF/Reduced sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp Tabasco
    2 cups Minute rice
    1 14oz package Smoked turkey sausage
    1 8oz bag Salad shrimp

Directions

Add oil to large skillet, add garlic and onion, cook on med hi for about 1 minute. Add sausage and shrimp, cook til starts to brown. Turn heat down to med, stir in tomatoes(with juice), V8, chicken broth, creole seasoning and tabasco. Let cook about 5 min. Add rice and let cook an additional 5 min(until rice is tender)
