2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
6 tbsp Organic Blue Agava Maple Syrup (by 999SNEED)
2 serving apple sauce, motts healthy harvest granny smith no sugar add
1 tsp Salt
1 cup, packed Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
3 tsp Baking Soda
2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
1.33 cup Oats, Quaker
1 cup Pecan Meal (by HOOK7890)
2 cup Bob's Red Mill GF All Purpose Flour (by EM1ERI2)
.5 cup Sunflower Oil
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
add eggs, banana, apple sauce, agava and oil together. Add all your dry ingredients in a separate bowl and the add them together with the addition of the grated carrots and water. Mix well but do not over mix. Muffin tins with papers lined. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
