Ingredients

    16 oz (454 g) Great Value Honey Roasted Peanuts
    2 tbsp (28 g) LouAna Peanut Oil

Directions

Put peanuts and 1 tbsp of the peanut oil into a food processor and process for 1 minute. Scrape the sides of the bowl, put the lid back on and begin processing again, while slowly drizzling in the remaining 1 tbsp of oil. Process 1-2 more minutes, or until desired smoothness.

Store peanut butter in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 months.

Serving Size:  2 tbsp (32 g)

Note: 1/2 tbsp less or 1 tbsp more of peanut oil may be needed to get the consistency you prefer. Changing the quantity of oil used from 2 tbsp will alter the nutritional information.

For Chunky Peanut Butter: Set aside 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the peanuts from the main batch of peanuts to be processed. Chop up the 1/4 to 1/2 cup of peanuts as fine as you'd like and then stir into peanut butter after processing main batch.
