Ingredients

6tbs lime juice
1tbs plus 1tbs olive oil
1tsp plus 1tbs sugar
1tbs soy sauce
1tbs vinegar
1tsp curry powder
1tbs black pepper
1tbs red pepper
1 ramen seasoning packet (or chicken broth seasoning)
2 clove garlic minced (optional)
18 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
6 cups prepared rice noodles
12 oz broccoli or cabbage slaw (1 bag)
1/2 cup cilantro plus extra for garnish
Directions
1) in shallow baking dish, combine 4 tbs lime juice, 1tbs olive oil, 1tsp sugar, 1tbs black pepper, 1tsp soy sauce and 1tsp curry. Add Chicken; turn to coat
2) Broil chicken until cooked through, 12 min (turning once).
3) In small bowl wisk together 2tbs lime juice, 1tbs sesame oil, 1tbs sugar, 1tbs vinegar, 1tbs red pepper flakes, 2tsp soy sauce and ramen seasoning packet .
4) Toss noodles with half of dressing and minced garlic and heat until moisture is absorbed.
5) Toss remaining dressing with slaw and cilantro.
6) Slice and serve 3oz chicken per person with 1cup noodles and 2 oz slaw mix. Garnish with cilantro
