    1 cup Carib canned coconut milk
    1.5 wedge yields Lime Juice
    2 serving gelatin, knox - serv size 1/4 envelope 8/14 (by ALILDUCKLING)
    1 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener

Directions

Mix a 1/2 cup of coconut milk with two wedges of lime, gelatin and a packet of Stevia. Make sure to whisk in gelatin to mixture. Let mixture stand a minute. Heat the second 1/2 cup of coconut milk (do not simmer or boil) and add to mixture. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for 30 minutes
