Ingredients

1 tbsp Olive Oil
16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
2 clove Garlic
4 tbsp Dynasty Hoison Sauce (by RHONDA2TOO)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Kong Yen Rice Wine Vinegar (by IMELDASHOEQUEEN)
3 tsp Ginger Root
3 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
1 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)
2 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the turkey as it cooks; drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger and Sriracha until onions have become translucent, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in chestnuts and green onions until tender, about 1-2 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
To serve, spoon several tablespoons of the turkey mixture into the center of a lettuce leaf, taco-style.
