Ingredients

10 gram beleg, kaas, cottage cheese Linessa (Lidl) (by LOLA78KG)
20 grams Wheat bran, crude
0.25 serving Uncle Toby's, Brans & Oats: Oats, Quick
2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
2 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
0.2 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
1 small Onions, raw
1 tsp Oregano, ground
1 serving Egg white, large
.5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Tips
Chop some greens (half a lettuce will do) and you will have the best 300 calorie lunch
Directions
Preheat oven at 180. Mix oats and bran. Mix egg white and cottage cheese and parmesan and mix well with the dry ingredients. Take some parchment paper and spread the mix (it should be around 2 cm high).
Bake for 20 min.
If using precooked chicken (great for leftovers) cut it into small pieces and slice your veggies. If not, cook your chicken by broiling it in some water.
Remove crust from the oven. Flip it. Spread the yogurt and top with remaining ingredients. Bake for 10 min. Enjoy!
