    0.25 cup Milk, 1%
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    0.5 cup chopped Apples without skin
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tsp Baking Soda
    1.0 cup Flour, white
    0.75 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    0.5 cup Chobani Greek Yougurt Plain(by MB)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl 3. Spray mini muffin pan and scoop batter into each muffin cavity 4. Bake 10-12 minutes until done (toothpick test) 5. Cool and enjoy! 6. Store in airtight container Serving Size: 24 mini muffins
