I didn't have any applesauce, so I added another cup of zucchini and 1/4 cup of oil. It was delicious!!! Best zucchini bread I've had in a long time!! - 2/17/10

Amazing! My 4 kids plus the kids at my in-home daycare all loved this bread. And I love that I can sneak in whole wheat and they don't suspect a thing! Moist and flavorful. Definite keeper. - 9/30/10

This was great. It's a heavy bread, but very tasty and extremely moist with the applesauce. The kids and my husband love it. It's the perfect way to use up all the extra zuchinni growing in the garden. - 9/5/09

I made this Friday, substituting 1 c. white Splenda + 1 c. Splenda brown sugar. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Everyone went nuts over it this weekend! Both my family, and the person I gave the other loaf to was very happy. Thanks! - 5/2/16
