Ingredients

    12 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    63 gram Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g)
    .25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 tsp Salt
    8 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda)
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Tips

NOTE: Prep time does not include chilling.


Directions

1. Add all ingredients except sweetener to a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously to combine. Add sucralose or other sweetener as desired. (May affect calorie count.)

2. Let rest covered in the fridge overnight or at least 3-5 hours (until achieving a pudding-like consistency).

3. Store covered in the fridge for 2-3 days (best when fresh).
