Ingredients

    16 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]
    .5 cup Rice | Minute | White Rice (Cooks in 5 Minutes)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.5 cup Campbell's Tomato Soup
    1.5 cup Pomi strained tomatoes (by MAMMINA3X)
    149 gram(s) Bellpepper (green) (by JESSIERABBIT89)

Directions

Chop 1/2 medium onion a green bellpepper. Fold into 1lb ground beef and also add in 1/2 cup white minute rice, 1 large egg, and seasonings. Form into small meatballs.
In a pan, pour in 1 can Campbells's tomato soup and 1 container or Pomi strained tomatoes. put the raw meatballs inside.
Cook 30 minutes, covered on lmedium low and then uncovered on low for 10 minutes.
