Ingredients

    6.0 serving La Tortilla Factory - Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Tortilla
    11.0 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm)
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    1.5 cup Beans, great northern
    8.0 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
    1.0 cup Cheese: Sargento Reduced Fat Cheddar, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients with exception of tortillas and shredded cheese. Make sure chicken is well chopped Spray 139 inch pan with cooking spray. Use taco or mexican dip mix to season. Place two tortillas on bottom, trimming with scissors and placing pieces into single layer. Spread half of the mixture on tortillas. Repeat with tortilla layer. Spread the rest of the filling over tortillas. Top with last two tortillas. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly across the top. Bake for 30 minutes @ 350
