Ingredients

    2 serving Pasta Zero shirataki spaghetti 8oz
    4 serving Minced Garlic 1tsp
    15 serving Asparagus - Fresh (one spear)
    4 serving Butter - Salted 1Tbs
    4 tbsp Olive Oil - Bertolli Extra Light Tasting - 1Tbs
    16 oz Shrimp 13/15 Aquastar super colosal 1lb
    Morton's Nature Seasoning to taste
    Pepper (I like lots)
    Parsley
    Optional: Grated Parmesan
    Optional: Cayenne Pepper

Tips

This is a quick & easy LCHF shrimp scampi... optional top with a little grated parm. try it with other LCHF veggies (spinach, green beans, etc) Carbs are 6 net and calories might be over estimated because I drain off the excess butter & oil.


Directions

in 1Tbs butter and 1 Tbs olive oil, sauté chopped asparagus. When tender set aside. Add 2 Tbs butter and 3 Tbs oil to pan. Add crushed/minced garlic, salt & pepper and sauté until slightly browned. Add shrimp and cook until done. (I add more pepper) Add 1 Tbs butter, pasta zero and mix well (be sure to rinse and drain the pasta zero before adding to pan.) Add asparagus and parsley mix well. Optional top each serving with 1 Tbs grated parm cheese. Optional: kick it up a notch with cayenne pepper! enjoy!

Serving Size: makes 2 servings 7/8 shrimp each
