Introduction

Simple to make. Add this to any grilled chicken or pork, and you're in Mexican heaven. YUM! Simple to make. Add this to any grilled chicken or pork, and you're in Mexican heaven. YUM!

Ingredients

    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cup, chopped or sliced
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced
    * Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    * Salt, 2 dash
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    *Salt

Directions

1) Slice each tomato into 4. Put aside.
2) Slice onions roughly.
3) Chop the top portion of the cilantro bunch.
4) Slice the jalapeno pepper into 2 length-wise. Remove the pits completely. Then rough chop it.
5) Add everything in the food processor.
6) PULSE for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.

{Make sure you use gloves when handling jalapeno peppers.}
