Introduction

Ingredients

    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cup, chopped or sliced
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, sliced
    * Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    * Salt, 2 dash
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    *Salt

Directions

1) Slice each tomato into 4. Put aside.
2) Slice onions roughly.
3) Chop the top portion of the cilantro bunch.
4) Slice the jalapeno pepper into 2 length-wise. Remove the pits completely. Then rough chop it.
5) Add everything in the food processor.
6) PULSE for 2 minutes. Add salt to taste.

{Make sure you use gloves when handling jalapeno peppers.}
