3 tsp Dried Oregano (by ARCTIC.ORCA)
Directions
soften carrots, onion and celery
mince garlic
add the rest
cover with water of no cal stock (I used chicken)
bring to boil and simmer about 30 minutes.
garnish with fresh parsley or cilontro
