Introduction

Using Mann's or TJ's broccoli slaw and TJs Spicy Peanut Dressing and the breast of a roaster chicken this is a fast make ahead salad. Great for taking a lunch to work. Ingredients

    10 oz Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3 oz Planters Salted Peanuts
    8 tbsp Vinaigrette, Trader Joes, Asian Style Spicy Peanut (by LOMO909)

Tips

You can also add golden raisins to this for a bit of sweetness and texture


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Put into 1 cup jelly jars for a lunch serving to go.
