Ingredients

    lentils, 1 1/2 cups
    grape or cherry tomatoes, 1 cup
    celery raw, 1 cup
    feta cheese, 4 oz crumbled
    fresh tyme, 2 tbsp
    lemon juice, 1/3 cup
    olive oil, 3 tbsp
    garlic, 1 tsp

Directions

cook lentils according to package, drain well
dice celery,
cut grape or cherry tomatoes in half
combine lemon juice, olive oil and garlic for the dressing
combine all ingredients and toss with dressing

note: use half the tyme if using dried instead of fresh

    Glad you liked it Hayee. I'm making it today only switching onion for celery. Forgot it buy it, oh well we'll see how the onions go!
