2 Cans of Starkist very low sodium tuna (drained)
1 can peas (no salt added)
1/4 cup of shredded colby jack cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese for the topper
Tips
I weighed my casserole, and if the instructions are followed, each one of the 6 servings will be approximately 6oz each
Directions
Make mac and cheese per instructions, but undercook the noodles a bit. about 3 minutes in boiling water should do the trick.
