150g Chopped onions (1 medium)

1-1/2 tsp Vegetable Seasoning
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
1/3c Chicken Broth (less sodium)
1 cup Brown Rice (cooked w/ 2-1/2c water)
250g dark chicken cooked
350g white chicken cooked
Directions
Heat oil & add carrots & onion.
After a few minutes, add remainder of vegetables and heat until cooked, but still firm.
Add remainder of ingredients & heat until hot right through
Serve hot
