If you want an appetizer to take to your next gathering look no further than this easy and delicious cheeseball. I serve it on a tray with crackers and fresh fruit, usually grape clusters. If you want to get really fancy you can even put a bed of lettuce under your cheeseball for extra flair. Ingredients

    4- 8 oz. low fat cream cheese, softened
    1 packet of Lipton dry onion soup mix
    2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    3/4 cup Pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. Parsley, dried

Directions

In a mixing bowl cream together softened cream cheese, dry soup mix, cheddar cheese and worcestershire sauce with mixer until blended. On a dinner plate mix pecans and dried parsley. Then spray non-stick cooking spray on your hands and roll cheese mixture into a ball. Roll cheeseball in pecan mixture, wrap in sulifane and refrigerate. Makes 45, 1oz. servings.
