Ingredients

    1 6 oz can pineapple juice
    1/2 medium apple, quartered
    1 large orange, peeled -- see notes!
    8 ice cubes


Directions

The apple should be washed and quartered, but not peeled or cored.

The orange should be washed and the orange peel removed with a vegetable peeler, but the white pith should be left on.

Combine all ingredients in the container of a VitaMix or other heavy-duty blender. Process until smooth, starting on Low and increasing power to High.

Serves 2.
