Ingredients

    5lb Spaghetti Squash
    4 oz Cream Cheese
    2 cup Peas, frozen
    7 serving Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice)
    .5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    .5 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Slice top off spaghetti squash, cut in half, scoop out seeds and place flesh side down on a pan.
Lay bacon out on a sheet pan. Add bacon and squash to preheated oven, cook for 25 minutes.

Remove squash and bacon from oven. Dice bacon. When squash is cool enough to handle, scoop "meat" from skin. Add cream cheese, Parmesan, peas, salt, pepper and garlic to a pot over med-low heat, stir until cream cheese breaks up a bit. Add squash and bacon. Mix thoroughly.
