Introduction

Ingredients

    1 graham cracker crust (9'')
    3 egg yolks
    1 can Fat Free Eagle Brand sweetened
    condensed milk
    Juice of 4 lemons
    Zest of 1 lemon

Directions

In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, juice, and zest. Pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate until set (overnight best)

Makes one 9" pie.
