Ribeye Steak! Ribeye Steak!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1lb Ribeye Steak
    1/2 cup Lea & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup Chicken & Meat Seasoning

Directions

Put Ribeye steak in 1 gallon ziplock bag.
Put Worcestershire sauce in gallon bag with steak.
Spread meat seasoning on top of steak.
Zip close the gallon bag and mix ingredients together.
Re-open and close the bag airtight making sure to get rid of as much air as possible.
Marinade overnight.

Turn on oven on HIGH Broil.
Place steak on broiler pan and dispose of excess marinade.
Put broiler pan in middle rack and cook for 10 minutes each side for Medium/Medium-Well.
Take out of oven and let cool for 5 minutes then serve.
