Ingredients

    6.0 cup Tomato juice, with salt added
    2.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    1.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    1.0 cup green bean, canned, great value
    1.0 cup Peas, canned
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6.0 cup Beef stock, home-prepared
    1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Swiss Chard
    1.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    1.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    5.0 clove Garlic

Directions

Cut all vegetables and combine. Simmer low for 2 hours.
