Quick and filling lunch-time wrap. Quick and filling lunch-time wrap.

Ingredients

    1 Light Flat Out Wrap
    2 leaves Romaine Lettuce
    1 tbsp Grated Parmesan (optional)
    1/2 grilled Chicken Breast, no skin
    1/4 Avocado
    1/4 tbsp Litehouse Ceaser Dressing (just under 1tsp)

Directions

Layer ingredients onto wrap, roll and cut into two large halves. Eat one half today and save the other for tomorrow or dinner. Eat with a fruit on the side.
