Ingredients

    1.0 cup Milk, 1%
    1.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    1.0 serving Jif to go creamy
    24.0 ice cube (3/4 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 banana, 2 Tablespoons peanut butter, 1 cup milk, 1 cup ice cubes, honey and/or chocolate syrup to taste (optional).

Directions

Peel and chunk banana (can also be frozen like this to use later). Place all ingredients in blender, the peanut butter closest to the blades. Replace the lid and blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
