Ingredients

6 cup Cauliflower, raw
1/2 cup Flour, white
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, black
2 tbsp Butter, salted
2/3 Frank's hot sauce
Tips
Can be made ahead and reheated for 10 minutes.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, spay a large cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together flour,water, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat. Spread evenly on cookie sheet and place in the oven. Bake 15 minutes flipping once
In a separate bowl stir together melted butter and buffalo sauce. Add baked cauliflower and toss to coat. Spread evenly on cookie sheet. Place back in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy, flipping once.
Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dressing.
