Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 cloves garlic -- minced
    1/4 cup onion -- finely chopped
    1/4 cup celery -- finely chopped
    1/4 cup green pepper -- finely chopped
    1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
    3 cups chicken or turkey -- cooked and cubed
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 recipe Non dairy Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup Rice milk.

Directions

Heat oil in a large frying pan. Saute garlic, onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms until onion is clear. Add meat and seasonings. Mix. Add cream of Mushroom soup. Mix well. Add rice milk until desired consistency. Serve over rice or pasta
