    1 Can (15 oz) Libby's Pumpkin
    1 Cup Water

Directions

Mix ingredients with mixer until smooth. Spoon mixture into greased muffin cups. Bake at 375* for about 20 min. or until cooked through. Makes about 17. Top with whipped topping.
