Introduction
44 oz. Extra lean ground beef1 green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
4 Romaine lettuce leaves
1 stick Cucumber, pealed and quartered lengthwise
8 fresh Spinach leaves
1 cup Brocolli chopped 44 oz. Extra lean ground beef

4 Romaine lettuce leaves
1 stick Cucumber, pealed and quartered lengthwise
8 fresh Spinach leaves
1 cup Brocolli chopped

Ingredients

4 oz. Extra lean Ground beef
1 green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, Minced or 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tbsp bell pepper, Chopped
2 Tbsp fresh Cilantro, Chopped
4 Romaine Lettuce leaves
1 stick Cucumber, peeled and quartered lengthwise
8 fresh spinach leaves
1 cup Brocolli, chopped
Directions
In a skillet; brown beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Add onion and garlic. Cook until Tender.
Stir in pepper. Cook stiring occasionally, until pepper is tender crisp and most of the liquid is evaporated.
Stir in Cilantro. Spoon beef mixture onto lettuce leaves. Add 1 quarter stick of cucumber, 2 spinach leaves and 1/4 cup chopped Brocolli to each leaf.
Wrap lettuce leaf around mixture to make a bundle.
