Low Carb Flax seed Cracker Low Carb Flax seed CrackerNumber of Servings: 190
Ingredients

1 cup, sliced Zucchini
1 cup, Almonds chopped
1 cup pieces Walnuts chopped
1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh chopped
1 cup Chopped Spinach ( Cuisine Art chopped)
1.50 Tbsp Braggs Amino Acid
1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
2 Tbsp Cajun Spice mix ( to taste )
1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
2.5 cups *Flax Seed
3/4 cups *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Tips
IF you don't have a dehydrator use your oven at the lowest temperature, with the door slightly open..
The dry time in a dehydrator is up to 48 hours at 115 degrees.
Directions
1. Put all flax ingredients in large bowl
2. Add 2 cups Water, Stir completely and Let sit for 20 mins.
3. in food processor, process Cilantro, spinach, Zucchini, Tomato.
add in that order not to over process the tomato.
4. Chop the nuts
5. Add to the Flax , all the ingredients, mix well.
6. Spread evenly on a dehydration 15x15 mat 1/4 inch thick.
7 . Dry until crispy. the hight temperature the faster it will dry . if you dry it at a 115 degrees it will be a raw food.
