Ingredients

    meijer immitation leg style crab meat (2 legs)
    1.5 cups Meijer Organic Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
    1.5 cups cooked Pasta
    3 Mushrooms (sliced)
    Fresh Basil (1 large leaf)
    .25 cups Fresh Spinach
    .5 cup Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
    2.5 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

While cooking noodles, saute green pepper, and crab meat in 2 tablespoons EVOO for about 5 minutes, Pepper should be warm and flexible, yet still slightly crunchy. Add mushrooms with about a minute left to go.

Place sauteed veggies and crab meat into a pan and add pasta sauce. Simmer.

While sauce simmers and pasta finishes cooking, wilt spinach in .5 tablespoons of olive oil.

Rinse noodles, plate, and serve.

Makes 3 servings.
