Introduction

This soup is amazing! Tastes so sinful, but you would never believe how light it is! This soup is amazing! Tastes so sinful, but you would never believe how light it is!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Onions
    2 cup, chopped Carrots
    4 cup, chopped Broccoli
    4 cup Cauliflower
    3 cup Vegetable Broth
    3.0 tsp Garlic
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

Sautee onion and carrot in a pot with nonstick olive oil spray for about 8 minutes on a med-high heat. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and bring the heat to high. Bring to a boil. Then reduce to simmer and cover for 20 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes and then using an immersion blender, puree the soup until smooth as it can get. Top with parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.
