Ingredients

    12.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    7.0 serving Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3.0 serving Kraft Fresh Take Italian Parmesan Cheese & Breadcrumb mix

Directions

split 2 large breast into 7 or 8 pieces. flatten the pieces into 4 x 4 inch pieces. season with ranch mix. do not add any oils. dunk in egg wash and lightly bread with mix. place in preheated oven at 375 degrees for about 30 min or until crust is brown. enjoy!
